Over the past 16 weeks, the leisure department has been working around the subject of Radical Care in two assignments. Since its start in January, the subject has grown to be more and more important.
With the global pandemic forcing us to work from home, we all had to make changes to our daily lifestyles to care for ourselves, for others, and our schoolwork. Then the recent wave of protests and outrage around the world opened our eyes to all the different meanings of radical care and how we apply this care to others that need it most.
Our projects continued to grow and develop through these recent changes and in this exhibition you can go through the spaces in which they (and we) have lived for the past semester. Travel through the corridors corresponding to subjects we’ve focused on and enter the rooms where the individual works are displayed in their own world.
Welcome to the place that we have been living, working, playing, discovering, eating, sleeping, laughing, video calling, crying and waiting in
